At Hot Tub Parts Direct, we aim to dispatch your order quickly and ensure it arrives safely.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 working days of receiving cleared payment.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm may be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we will keep you informed.
Delivery Services
We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom using trusted courier partners.
Available delivery options and costs will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.
Typical delivery times are:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)
Some larger or specialist items may require additional delivery time.
Delivery Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Item size and weight
- Delivery location
- Delivery service selected
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before payment is completed.
Tracking Your Order
Where available, tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow time for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch confirmation.
Delivery Delays
While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Courier delays
- Adverse weather
- Bank holidays
- High seasonal demand
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party delivery companies.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional delivery charges may apply before it can be resent.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where possible, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged packaging
- Photographs of the damaged item
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
Large or Heavy Items
Some products, including pumps, control packs and larger components, may be shipped separately or by a specialist courier.
Additional delivery arrangements may be required for oversized items.
International Shipping
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.
